Urgently looking for Senior manager for Process - domestic
Industry - BPO

Education - Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience - 6-7 years of experience in BPO in sales
Age criteria - upto 45 years old, Male or female ,
managing sales team leaders to achieve targeted goals, manage productivity and performance of team.
Location: sec 62 Noida
Salary: 7LPA - 10LPA
Role and Responsibilities-
1. Meet Revenue targets: -
• Engage with clients.
• Generate leads.
• Manage a pipeline to deliver Annual target for revenues.
• Sell offshore and onshore business and Digital Customer Service portfolio of services/offerings.
2. Follow Sales processes: -
• Generate leads.
• Qualify leads.
• frontend sales leads till deal closure.
• Maintain accurate client contact details.
• Well versed with Sales CRM tool usage (like Salesforce, Zoho etc)
• Perform all other relevant duties as required to maintain and grow profitable business.
3. Competition mapping:-
• Keep abreast of relevant competitive offerings.
• Understanding both their strengths and weaknesses.
4. Proven track record: -
• Must have a successful.
• Proven track record of BPO sales with a BPO/ITeS company.
Person Specifications -
• Any Graduate or PG / MBA is desirable.
• Minimum 6-8 yrs years' experience in Sales, from the Indian BPO Industry.
