• Retargeting – All Ad type/ All objectives.
About the Role
As an excellent communicator you know how to access what you need. You are an expert of subject domain starting form pitching to closure, you are a master operator with a strong track record for generating new clients. You should understand complex problems and importantly have experience in identifying different ways to solve them. You should operate with a highest degree of integrity for your sales funnel, with an ultimate goal to drive revenue.
What You’ll Do
• Represent Advolt to new business/new clients and help them with brand sales/brand advertising requirements (CPC,CPM,CPV-Cost Per Visit).
• Generate new business and manage a sales pipeline with accurate projections.
• Maintain sales reports, sales pipeline, tracking, and report metrics, as and when required.
• Understand, optimize and package different business proposals to clients.
• Develop, grow and foster strong relationships with client and an agencies.
• Create and execute on detailed sales plan to achieve sales revenue objectives.
• Possess good business sense and deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Market development into target segments/categories.
• Prospect, cold call, network, and research new customers and potential clients
• Travel across country and cross country when required to represent Advolt and drive more business/meet clients.
• Interact with our campaign execution team to manage client expectations and ensure successful execution of the campaign
What You’ll Need
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in digital sales environment.
• Recent & minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development of Display & Rich Media Branding campaigns is a must have.
• Effective experience in agency and brand advertising business.
• Strong New Business Development/Sales/Client servicing and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of digital media, advertising industry, media measurement. (Desktop + Mobile)
• Understanding of Rich Media Ads and their production
• To be able to present well and create an impact on clients and prospects.
• Existing relationships with decision makers in the media buying space and a proven track record working with digital advertising networks, agencies and brands.
• Well versed with evolving advertising media types, especially Rich Media.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts.
• Should be a great team player and motivator.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Well versed with MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Minimum BA/ BS degree. MBA would be an added advantage
Salary Range (CTC):
15-20 lakhs PA
