As a Sr Manager- Collections, you will be responsible for managinng multiple mid-size hybrid collections teams.
What you will do:
-Telecalling + Field work for banks/NBFCs/Fintechs to deliver on the desired collection metrices
-Meeting collection benchmarks for the given portfolios
-Managing team productivity & attrition
-P&L Accountability
What you need to have:
-5+ years of experience
-Rigour for numbers
-Proven record of managing large teams of 100+ team members
-Ability to handle & deliver in challenging environments
Experience: 5 - 8 years
CTC : ₹ 8,50,000 - 12,00,000 P.A
