Reports To : Quality Head
Purpose of the Job : To ensure the product & process quality through for overall planning and direction of all activities for Quality Assurance Department in accordance with local, divisional, and corporate goals, objectives, and policies.
Key Responsibility Areas
• Liaisoning with Quality Head for the resources necessary for the satisfactory operation of the quality management & methods.
• Expertise in field failure analysis of electrical component like Sensors, PCB, Harness etc.
• PCB testing and analysis - Sound knowledge of electronics component manufacturing and testing
• Warranty Data Analysis
• Customer Quality Presentation to management.
• Understanding of Problem solving methodologies – 8D, FTA, Fishbone Analysis, Why-Why Analysis, 7QC tools
• Manpower handling
• Data Management – by preparing dashboards in Excel, Share-point
• Providing data and participating in periodic Plant Level Management Reviews
