• Department: Digital Marketing
• Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Role Summary:
Responsible for developing and executing growth using digital tools, for Tata AIA Life Insurance
Key Result Areas:
Digital Products:
• Manage consumer facing digital products such as ecommerce journeys
• Work with a cross-functional team of IT, Digital, Ops, sales, call centre, legal, and others to manage and optimize the ecommerce journey of the brand
Skills Required:
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles to be used for designing the website and digital products
• Deep understanding of technical aspects of website such as HTML, CSS as well as the SEO (meta tags, redirects etc)
• Deep understanding of different digital marketing activities and tools
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Hands on experience in using Content Management Systems, preferably AEM. Or, other CMS such as Wordpress
• Hands-on experience on analytics tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
• Excellent communication skills. Must be able to articulate a good communication brief and evaluate creative content in line with the given brief
• Knowledge and understanding of the BFSI industry will be good but not mandatory
• Basic Computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, word etc.)
• Good presentation skills – both in making decks as well as presenting thoughts and ideas
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experience:
6 - 8 years
