Notice Period-Immediate to 60 days only The ideal candidate should have strong FP&A experience, along with ,presales/consulting exposure, including deck preparation. Additionally, handson experience with advanced ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and S/4HANA, as well as planning tools like Anaplan, Workday, Board, etc., is required.
Skillset we are looking for our prospective FP&A practice candidates.
• Support the coordination, development and maintenance of budgeting and forecasting systems, including the identification of interdependencies across business functions to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision making by the stakeholders
• Manage execution & resolve deficiencies with hands-on approach, wherever necessary
• Ensure sustainable business relationship with the clients by leveraging overall insights to solve complex issues
• Drive overall client communication by ensuring sustainable & seamless business relationship leveraging overall insights over the business dynamics/ contexts to solve ad-hoc queries/ complex issues faced by the stakeholders
• Drive transformations by working with various stakeholders
Qualification & Skills:
• Finance Graduate, with professional qualification (CA, MBA - Fin)
• 10-12 years of hands-on core FP&A experience with at least 2-3 years in supervisory capacity in leading FP&A team
• Hand on experience of Finance , Planning & Analysis processes including pre-sales/consulting
• Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture
• Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
SME - FCoE role who must work on multiple clients as SME's and should have good domain knowledge and excellent communication with Zeal to explore multiple industries and global clients . she must handle RFP's too
• Very good communication & presentation skills (well versed with .PPT deck preparation)
• Good to have experience working in advanced ERPs like Oracle, SAP, and S/4HANA and planning tool Anaplan/Workday/Board etc.
