Location-Jaipur
• Actively engage with existing and potential lenders and investors to raise debt liabilities and assist the Head-Treasury in day to day management.
• Relationship management with various lenders/bankers/investors/lawyers etc.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and recommending best practice
• Overseeing timely execution of all commercial paper documents, bank borrowing documents and
• bank borrowing compliance. Ensuring all SOPs are followed to properly
• Assist in closure of audit resolution of queries of all internal / external auditors
• Keeping tight controls on opening and closure of bank accounts
• Maintaining and Monitoring the Monthly/quarterly/annual report with Stakeholders
