Job Description
Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any
damage or deterioration with easy trace-ability Typing of site documents, and follows up of all the site needs
Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly Responsible for Accounting Functions at the Branch Responsible for handling Customer Related Queries Responsible for maintaining Vendors Customers Cheques Resolve local Queries, Co-Ordinate with local Sales Teams etc.
To manage Vendors/Customers
Initial Underwriting of the Application forms received at Branch.
Initial Underwriting of the Advisor Recruitment Forms received at Branch
to prepare the MIS Reports.
Generate the various document control reports as required
