Job Responsibility: The incumbent will have to work very closely to implement relevant HR strategies. Responsible for driving Performance Management and Employee Engagement initiatives. Proactively Source, Hire and On-board requisite Talent to meet the Talent needs. Drive Retention programs and HR Best Practices. Plan and implement People Development interventions including Talent Assessment, individual development planning and succession Planning. Manage Employee Relations activities and advise managers on employee issues Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes. Develop a market and Industry driven Compensation & Benefits strategy to drive a Performance Culture, attract and retain High Potential talent Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems Provide support in driving strategic projects Expected to keep a finger on the pulse of the business through employee interactions Be the custodian of the company Values and Culture at all times institutionalize them. Oversee the Administrative / Facility services for a productive and engaging work environment Ensure compliance with all statutory and other regulatory requirements Plan & manage the HR budget and costs Key Result Area: Talent Acquisition - Meeting SLA's, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire Capability Building - Leadership Development, Trainings, Succession Planning Strategic Interventions - HR as a profit center, Change Management, Digital deployment, organization design thinking. People Engagement / Happiness - Employee Retention, Employee Productivity, Effective teams, Retention of Key Talents, Effective PMS system. HR Excellence - Diversity scores, Culture Building, HR Automation, Compliance to all laws, Workforce Analytics. Qualification: MBA / Master's Degree in HR with 12-15 years of experience preferably indiverse HR domains. At least 3 years as HRBP for a able business/operations preferably in a service Industry. At least 3-5 years experience in a people management role. Desired Skill: Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Very Good people management skills. The incumbent should have worked in the state of Gujarat and be familiar with the local workforce, state laws, machinery and environment. Fluency in Gujarati is desirable. Working Conditions: Five Days working Leadership level role Team Management Employee Strength - 1000 employees spread across 2 locations.
