Proactively Source, Hire and On-board requisite Talent to meet the Talent needs. Drive Retention programs and HR Best Practices. Plan and implement People Development interventions including Talent Assessment, individual development planning and succession Planning. Manage Employee Relations activities and advise managers on employee issues Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes. Qualification: MBA / Master's Degree in HR with 12-15 years of experience preferably indiverse HR domains. At least 3 years as HRBP for a able business/operations preferably in a service Industry. At least 3-5 years experience in a people management role. Desired Skill: Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Very Good people management skills. The incumbent should have worked in the state of Gujarat and be familiar with the local workforce, state laws, machinery and environment. Fluency in Gujarati is desirable.
