Candidate should be leading HR & admin and have exposure team leading along with -Grievance Handling, Labour Laws, IR, Liaison Govt Officials, salary & wages ,workplace health & safety compliance, Manpower Management (Off-roll Blue collars), Statutory compliances, vendors management ,Housekeeping and MIS/ HR reports,

Candidate should have exposure of 10-13 years of experience post education, whoever is interested
