Description
We are looking for young and dynamic individuals to drive sales and manage the business for the digital marketing National Pension campaign through the Call Centres and proactive campaigns targeting subscribers.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the Call Centre and vendors to drive the National Pension initiative of the company
Manage the data planning completely through identification of various data sources
Implement new ideas like email marketing, sms marketing, re-marketing to increase lead availability for sales
Manage the Call Centre end-to-end with respect to manpower, platformwise number requirement, scripts introduction, training etc.
Drive the required input at the Call Centres and manage the Logins /data at the call centre
Adhere to regulatory requirements if any
Meet Input numbers & business targets and track YOY
Generate leads through e-mail marketing, sms marketing, re-marketing
Be responsible for Call Centre productivity and training initiatives
Coordinate with agents to improve presentations, conversions and overall campaign business
