Job Description
The role requires the employee to execute the tasks allotted by the reporting manager(s), in relation to the following areas:
Implementation of hedge program – Identification of hedge transactions to be executed based on the approved hedge program and cash flows received from the actuarial team on a periodic basis.
Execution of hedge transactions – Pricing of derivative transactions. Negotiate and execute derivative transactions with counterparty banks and entering deals in the system. Undertaking the settlement of FRA transactions on maturity.
Transaction Documentation - Review transaction term sheets and deal confirmations of all derivative transactions executed.
ISDA Negotiations – Liaisoning with internal teams while negotiating ISDA & CSAs with counterparty banks.
Role Specifications:
Education – Post-Graduate (CA / MBA) with 4-5 years of experience
Performance Measures:
Willingness to adapt and learn
Efficiency and productivity
Adherence to TAT and process
Functional & Behavioural Competencies:
Knowledge / exposure in the bond markets, derivatives or actuarial
Team work and communication skill
