Designation : Zonal Labour Resource Manager
Location : Mumbai Zobe
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
• Custodian of Labour Value Proposition:
• Serve as the custodian of all labour-related relationships and connections within the zone.
• Foster a positive work environment in labour colonies by formulating/implementing various labour specific activities.
• Monitoring/Governance of Labour Specific Initiatives:
• Ensure effective monitoring and implementation of a) various labour specific incentives (including Labour NPS) and b) policy norms defined in the GPL Labour Colony policy.
• Analyzing and Reporting/Recommendations:
• Analyze, report, and recommend (an objective perspective) on key actions to be taken for ensuring effectiveness of implemented initiatives and for necessary course corrections.
• Labour Mobilization (for ad-hoc requirement):
• Support in ad-hoc mobilization of labour through strategic relationships with sub-contractors and other relevant labour groups.
Educational Qualification
• Civil Engineer with relevant experience in civil execution (preferred)
Experience
• Relevant experience in labour management or a similar role (preferred)
Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills (reporting and analyzing data)
