Job Description
1. Advisory to assist the business in achieving its objectives. Extensively coordinate with and advise the business functions relating to Legal matters, including opinion on claims, labour matters, grievances and fraud related matters and interpretation of applicable laws.
2. Monitoring and managing company’s various Intellectual Property Rights
3. Formulating and monitoring work related policies
4. Managing various suits/criminal complaint filed by/against the company.
5. Risk evaluation and mitigation through lodging of FIR/police complaint
6. Monitoring and advising on changes in relevant legislations & regulatory environment.
7. Drafting and vetting legal notices and response to legal notices received by the company
8. Drafting/Vetting of documentation pertaining to Company’s properties (immovable and movable), checking title issues.
