Company- We are hiring for one of the largest API manufacturing company based at North India.
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head operations at a critical API manufacturing site. Drive site performance through OPEX tools and process optimization
Ensure regulatory compliance (local and global) and EHS excellence
Manage site operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives
Represent the site to senior leadership, authorities, and the community
Oversee business continuity planning and change management
Champion continuous improvement and cost-efficiency projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• 20+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in APIs
• Proven track record of leading medium to large manufacturing sites
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards
• Skilled in operational excellence, project execution, and team leadership
