Job Description
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage annual marketing budgets, plans, and performance metrics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Branding & Communication
• Strengthen corporate branding, visual identity, and brand positioning across platforms
• Develop and manage corporate communication strategies, press releases, media kits, and internal communications
• Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns
• Manage website content, analytics, and lead generation strategies
• Work with external agencies and creative teams for digital assets and promotional campaigns
Content & Collateral Development
• Lead the creation of brochures, presentations, videos, newsletters, and case studies
• Oversee content development for blogs, white papers, and thought leadership articles
• Support technical teams with bid documents, proposals, and marketing decks
Stakeholder Engagement & Events
• Coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and webinars
• Build and manage relationships with media, industry influencers, and external partners
• Manage internal communications and employee engagement programs
Reporting & Analytics
• Monitor KPIs related to brand visibility, campaign performance, and audience engagement
• Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and social media insights for reporting
• Recommend and implement improvements based on analytics
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Content Strategy is a plus
Experience:
• 10–15 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing, corporate communications, or brand strategy
• Industry experience in engineering, infrastructure, technology, or manufacturing is preferred

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, CMS, and Adobe Creative Suite
