• Developing strategies for effective operations, data analysis, and reporting
• Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources. Select, configure, and implement suitable performance measurement solutions.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly account ops & analytics, implementation, and performance for clients.
• Oversee all operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality · Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools, and related platforms
• Keep abreast of industry news and trends. Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
• Analyze online data that is relevant to Brands based on sentiments, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management)
• Prepare reports using data analytics and tools using various current & upcoming tools in the market
• Monitor and analyze online content related to the brand and its products on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, Forums, Review Sites, Websites, etc.) and prepare reports using analytics applications & platforms
• Provide alerts about all online social media channels for brands and competitors · Monitor online coverage of issues involving the brand with a crisis potential
• Building online groups, forums, communities, and social networks
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results · Facilitating and monitoring online product reviews and endorsements
• Developing and executing brand communications programs among the brand’s internal audiences
• Helping manage crisis communications arising from brand or company activities
• Creative mind for suggesting way forwarded to improve the brand presence & reputation in the market
