Responsibility:
Automation and Analytics Tools Transitions and Transformation:
-
• Work with Automation and Analytics Tools GoToMarket team during engagement to carry out delivery assurance and sign off of Automation and Analytics Tools solutions.
• Assit in carrying out Due deligence to enable drafting out a SOW for Automation and Analytics Tools implementation.
• Assit Automation and Analytics Tools GoToMarket team to prepare a High Level Design document for engaements.
• Get a Low Level design document on Automation and Analytics Tools implementation prepared and signed off with TO CoE/Enterprise Architect.
• Plan and muster resources for Automation and Analytics Tools T&T.
• Coordinate with Transitions and account delivery PsoC for a smooth transition phase execution for Automation and Analytics Tools.
• Coordinate with Transformation and account delivery PsoC for a smooth transition phase execution for Automation and Analytics Tools.
• Govern and monitor the Tools T&T delivery as per signed off SOW/timelines committed.
• Govern and monitor skills and resources including co ordinating with CoE for skills enablement.
• Handover to Automation and Analytics Tools steady state team during/after GoLive.
• Prepare and socialise lessons learnt and suggest improvements for Automation and Analytics Tools T&T delivery for future deals.
• Work with CoE team to identify key levers that can be used to improve market share/reduce costs/reduce T&T costs.
Automation and Analytics Tools Professional Services:
:
• Work with Automation and Analytics Tools GoToMarket team during engagement to carry out delivery assurance and sign off of Automation and Analytics Tools solutions.
• Assit in carrying out Due deligence, if required as per scope, to enable drafting out a SOW for Automation and Analytics Tools PS delivery.
• Assit Automation and Analytics Tools GoToMarket team to prepare a High Level Design document for the PS delivery.
• Get a Low Level design document prepared and signed off with TO CoE/Enterprise Architect.
• Plan and muster resources for Automation and Analytics Tools PS Delivery.
• Coordinate with customer and delivery team for smooth execution for Automation and Analytics Tools Professional Services delivery.
• Govern and monitor the Tools PS delivery as per signed off SOW/timelines committed.
• Govern and monitor skills and resources including co ordinating with CoE for skills enablement.
• Handover to Automation and Analytics Tools steady state team during/after GoLive.
• Prepare and socialise lessons learnt and suggest improvements for Automation and Analytics Tools PS delivery for future deals.
• Work with CoE team to identify key levers that can be used to improve market share/reduce costs/reduce PS costs.
Automation and Analytics Tools Operations and delivery Management:
:
• Connect with the T&T and PS team to get full visibility on ongoing T&T/PS delivery to include High/ Low Level design document, detailed resource plan and SCQT(Scope,Cost,Quality and Time for the projects).
• Estimate and procure the resources (financial, people) required to achieve defined goals for BAU/Sustenance of Automation and Analytics Tools.
• Takeover Automation and Analytics Tools steady state team during/after GoLive form the T&T/PS team(if in scope).
• Coordinate with customer and delivery team for smooth BAU activities for Automation and Analytics Tools delivery(IPC/SR).
• Govern and monitor Tools managed Services delivery as per signed off SOW.
• Govern and monitor skills and resources including co ordinating with CoE for skills enablement.
• Work with CoE team to identify key levers that can be used to improve market share/reduce costs/reduce Automation and Analytics Managed Services costs.
• Actively participate in delivery engagements in CSI and BIC initiatives.
• Develop and nurtures relationships with SBU and Client equivalent level as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, solution developments/suggestion, journal contributions.
Technology Advisory & Consulting (for clients):
:
• Responsible for identifying winning themes (including multitransformation) for solution construct.
• Ensure timely information from each of the technology areas during client visits/seminars/meetings.
• Leverage various internal and external offices, such as TO, CBC, Delivery, agreed partners to sustain and improve platform offerings.
• Assist in identifying solution accelerators aligned to business needs.
• Participate in partner forums and evangelizing technology capabilities of Cognizant.
People Management:
:
• Mentors new specialist.
• Provides guidance and evangelizes with community members on emerging areas in technology.
