Role Responsibilities
The Communication Specialist will be part of Rightshoring Enablement (RSE) practice at Standard Chartered GBS. You will be responsible for overall branding & evangelization of External and Internal communication for RSE. Additionally, to extend editorial support for publication of success stories focussed on emblematic engagements & whitepapers
• Design & Implement integrated communication goals, strategy, digital and social media campaigns in line with group s strategy and division s mandate.
• 360-degree strategic communications across all channels of the communication mix.
• Promote employer branding and service offerings to external/ internal stakeholders.
• Build a strong brand equity for RSE by creating awareness, communicating success stories.
• Foster a positive culture of trust, credibility and expertise thus enabling promoters buy-in.
• External media branding for the Head of RSE/WFE (e.g., ongoing updates round the year).
• Branding & Advertising via News article coverage / publications on broadcasts, announcements.
Media relations and Events:
• Participation in industry-recognized awards (selectively).
• Participation in industry-recognized studies / reports / round tables.
• Service campaigns, Industry connects, Fire (e.g., on-demand MI, advisory, WFE).
• Editorial and Digital communication clearly articulating effective messages supported with strong visual aids (collaterals / catalogues / brochures).
Our Ideal Candidate
• Degree in Communications, marketing, media or related field.
• Looking for a candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience in branding, communication, PR, etc.
• Ability to manage independently the entire communication program.
• Solid professional experience in producing digital content and managing social accounts including running and managing branding campaigns.
• Experience with social media platforms and management suites.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Experience in BFSI/ Consulting domain preferred.
• Strong understanding of business and industry preferred.
• Stakeholder management skills and project management skills including training and coaching.
