Roles and Responsibilities
Education and Experience
• 8+ Years of experience in Sales (Preferably for the BPO/IT/ITES Industry)
• MBA Degree in business, marketing, communication, or any other related field from a Premium Business School
• Exposure to sales and CRM tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo Definitive healthcare etc.
Required Skills, Roles, and responsibilities
• Ability to open and close the sale from start to finish
• Have pursued and closed large client contracts (>1 MN dollar) in Virtual Staffing, Digital Experience or any other transaction based BPO/ ITES areas.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Able to generate sales and financial reports required to management and team when needed
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including entry level to executive and C- Level
• Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
Preferred Skills
• Skilled at generating your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving your territory
• Tenacious, willing to work accounts until the client has a need
• Enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with clients
• Good time management skills, work with a great sense of autonomy.
• Organize and balance your activities appropriately (prospecting, selling, and account management) to create results
• Have a "yes" approach to customer service. Exceptional customer service is what separates you from others
• Take ownership of your role as a sales entrepreneur without being micromanaged and to understand, run your business effectively being accountable for your activities
