Job Description
End to end Sales Incentive Payout process for SEIPL businesses (It will involve working closely with Business Leaders, Sales, Finance & Rewards teams)
• Identification of SIP eligible employees & ongoing management of this list (basis role movements, exits, new joiners etc.)
• Alignment of Country SIP framework with Global Rewards & Sales Ops guidelines (KPI & payout curve compliance)
• Employee-wise KPI and target consolidation & compliance check annually (& basis role movements)
• End-to-end processing of employee-wise SIP for 2 payout cycles (H1 & Full Year)
• SIP Data analytics & management reporting
• Working on tools like Incent & bFo
• Driving digitization / continuous process improvement initiatives (like Incent deployment) as & when applicable
Key Requirements:
Education
• Bachelor s Degree
Work Experience
• 5-7 years experience in sales incentive compensation management / SIP related IT tools / systems or processes
Technical Skills
• MS Excel (Advanced with Macros coding knowledge)
• MS PowerPoint (Medium to Advanced)
• Sales process knowhow
• PowerBI / Tableau or any BI tool knowledge (desirable)
Behavioral & functional skills
• Strong analytical skills (significant data analysis involved)
• Good project management skills
• Effective stakeholder management & communication skills
