Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Management located in Bengaluru. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus
