Description
Position Title: Supply Chain Planning (Retail Order) and Execution Lead
Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination with supply planners and sales team within the retail vertical to ensure efficient order execution.
• Analyze order fulfilment processes and recommend corrective actions to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct customer order promise analysis across all sales verticals and generate order adherence reports for review and improvement.
• Monitor, report, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on the findings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, order execution, and analysis within the retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with supply chain management tools and software is a plus.
