Our Client, a Leading Privat Bank is looking out for immediate joiners as Sr. Manager - System Analyst - IT Enterprise Applications to be based at Mumbai.
Qualifications:
B. E / B. Tech / MCA/ B.Sc-IT
Job Description:
1. Planning and execution of projects / tasks related to project planning and implementation, application fine tuning, performance / availability, leading to Process Improvement / Productivity / Cost saving / Operational excellence / customer experience and Provide solution for resolving Problem tickets effectively and ensure seamless implementation.
2. Team management, guiding and mentoring team, engage with stake holder teams for solution designing. Ensure timely resolution of incidents with root cause assessment and permanent fixes.
3. Ensure adherence to project timelines and no issues post go live i.e., avoiding system downtime / impacting SLA / impacting business productivity. Ensure thorough testing of Rollback and efficient execution when used.
4. Ensure all applications and systems run on supported and certified software (OS/DB/Web/App etc.) by engaging with respective Vendors for application and technology obsolescence certification and manage the implementation efficiently. Work closely with Capacity team for capacity review and sustenance.
5. Ability to build and fine tune algorithms that scale up from small-scale proof-of-concept stage to full production systems. Ability to initiate and drive projects from conception to completion with minimal direction.
6. Budgeting, AMC value Management, Timely vendor payments, Preparing and raising Funding approvals and purchase orders.
7. Periodic Vendor Performance review and contract management and adherence to SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and CRF (Contract Risk Framework)
8. Engage with Project Team to review the Enhancements / projects in implementation phase, from the performance and system stability point of view
+. Knowledge acquisition, Certification, and Guidance/ Training to team members.
10. Ensure awareness of compliance to IT Process & Policies within the team. Strive for no Internal & external audit observations & it's timely closure.

Skills Required
• Project & team management experience with strong understanding & working experience of Cloud technology, Saas, PaaS, IaaS
• Databases: Oracle 1+cc, Oracle RAC, ASM
• Middleware: Experience in supporting application server / middleware technologies like IBM Web sphere, Oracle Web logic and Apache.
• ETL tools such as Informatica, Pentaho, Working knowledge of Analytical tools
• Operating Systems: AIX, Linux, Ubuntu, Solaris
• Fundamental knowledge of Server hardware, SAN Storage, Network and Network Security technologies like Firewall, SSL etc
• Candidates require being with good communication skills, positive attitude and preferably with certification in the technologies mentioned above
