What you’ll do
The IT Deployment Manager drives the deployment of the applications, devices and products, which have been developed and ensures they are tested and ready for the operational environment, including managing overall release management.The IT Deployment Manager focusses upon the supervision of a team, who execute activities for the integration and flow of the application/product and end-to-end application testing, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and released properly into the production systems.Typically reports to the Senior IT Deployment Manager.
Job Description
• The role owner will be responsible for the integration of the multiple systems within Vodafone and supporting external third parties to integrate with our services and ensure components integrate properly and operate by executing tests and analyse results to identify areas of improvement.
• Daily interaction will be required with the project teams (Architects, Developers, QAs) therefore the role owner requires strong communication skills to interact with different group teams.
• The Integration Engineer is expected to become the hands-on product expert/SME knowing different configuration options and app behaviour.
• The integration engineer will also be supporting troubleshooting and root cause analysis for the several phases of the application lifecycle starting from Staging- Preprod-Prod.
• Working experience on troubleshooting with the help of Splunk tool and provide consultation to the Developers, QA and production support engineers (exp – minimum 2years)

4. Exposure to Microservices based Architecture – No need of Developers
