Job Description
We are looking for a talented Sr.Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategiesOrganize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional eventsConduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition venturesWrite copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activitiesMonitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performanceCollaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expensesContributing ideas to marketing campaigns. Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies.Coordinating promotional activities & events.Create marketing & communication collaterals, execute and to maintain site branding and site upkeep in line with ongoing campaigns & sustenance periodTo explore and to execute Events & Exhibition related to real estate industry with scheduleIdentifying new innovative avenues of communication and media vehicle to be used on corporate and project levelTo take the feedback from Sales and presales team on leads during campaign & sustenance periodBe operationally sound. Coordinate with vendors and inter departments alikeTo suggest lead generation & branding avenue to digital managerCreating customer testimonial and to implement for enhancing brand equityResearch industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies.Candidates should have Excellent Communication skills.
KEY SKILLS:
The candidate should possess good knowledge on marketing, branding, advertising, market research, sales and commercial managementThorough knowledge of the real estate marketExperience of Digital & Print Marketing Strategies.Fluent With English Language.Good communication & Inter-personal skills.High on creativity and organizational skills.
EXPERIENCE RANGE: +2 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in Real Estate Industry.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
