Position: Sr. Machine Designer/Mechanical Design Engineer Job Category: Mechanical Design Department/Group: Mechanical Design and Controls Team Location: PUNE – TALAWADE Position Type: Full-time Employee. Number of Position Open: 2 Experience: 6 to 7 years. Qualification Education Requirement: BE/BTech (Mechanical) From a recognized University/ Institution Role and Responsibilities: - • Analysing problems and coming up with designs to solve them. • Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals. • Working within the budget to deliver safe and efficient products on time. • Allocating resources and time effectively. • Developing design prototypes. • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. • Attending meetings and providing input and updates. • Analysing data to write up reports. • Communicating with staff, directors, and clients. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage the Design team. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred Required Skills: - • Design SPM, concept understanding • Material selection • Calculation, gearbox, conveyor, pneumatic, hydraulic, long lead items preparation • Project management • Bought out selection • 3D modelling Solid Edge & SolidWorks, BOM, assembly • Drafting • GD&T • Machining knowledge • FEA analysis, DFEMA, verification test Additional Notes: - • Ready to work with USA stakeholders • Ready to travel to Overseas as per project requirement.
