Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Baner, Pune

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design, development, and integration of advanced robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mechanical design and development of robotic products, assemblies, and components.
Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, thermal analysis, and DFMEA to ensure design reliability.
Collaborate closely with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration.
Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems.
Select materials and manufacturing processes based on project requirements and cost constraints.
Evaluate and improve existing mechanical designs for performance, manufacturability, and durability.
Support product documentation, technical specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining, injection molding), and GD&T.
Experience with robotics, automation systems, or electromechanical assemblies is a strong plus.
Familiarity with simulation tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, etc.) is desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
