Job Location: - HO(Saket)
Preparation of BOO quantities from Mechanical drawings and Tender Specifications.
Preparation of Tender documents.
Basic Knowledge of current market rates for Mechanical items.
Basic Knowledge of DSR, IS Code, CPWD Specification.
Basic knowledge of Industrial construction project.
Good English Communication Skills.
Basic Design Concept of Plumbing, Fire, HVAC, WTP etc. of Industrial projects.
Study Design drawings with Client requirements
Basic Knowledge of selection of mechanical equipment’s like HVAC, Compressors, pumps etc.

Basic Knowledge of Ventilation & Plumbing System
Ability to coordinate with colleagues and timely meeting the targets.
Desired Candidate
Qualification-B. Tech/Diploma
Work Experience (in years) 8 Years+
