Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and support various A/V systems, including but not limited to conference rooms, schedulers, kiosk devices
Work closely with IT and cross-functional business partners to support scalable and innovative A/V systems
Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, implement, and support global office builds & integrations
Provide prompt responses to technical support requests
Troubleshoot hardware and applications, providing technical support and

We are seeking a business-mature Audio/Visual Technician for a full-time, day shift position with on-call responsibilities. The selected individual will be part of our innovative team servicing multiple sites primarily in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and support various A/V systems, including but not limited to conference rooms, schedulers, kiosk devices
• Work closely with IT and cross-functional business partners to support scalable and innovative A/V systems

Requirements
• 5+ years experience providing technical or engineering support in the AV/IT industry
• AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification preferred
• Experience with Google Meets and Zoom
