CBC run host - validation
Smear preparation & leishmann staining
ESR host - validation-Flow Cytromatry
Reticulocyte count stain smear preparation
Blood group test proper entry in register
G6PD test qualitative and quantitative
Sickling test
Direct Coombs test/indirect Coombs test with titre if asked
CSF routine/cytospin/fluid routine Neubar chamber charge smear preparation stain
Cleaning of work desk everyday morning
Filling peripheral smear and bone marrow smears everyday morning
Filling of urine & stool sleep
Scanning and storage of specimen twice a day
Specimen discard everyday morning
BM procedure assistance
BM smear stain wright giemsa stain, iron stain, PAS stain, SBB stain
Co-ordination and followup of outsourced specimen
LAP score
Cleaning: weekly cleaning of freeze and all drawers, monthly cleaning of deep freeze
