Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing the team at the designated location.
• Planning and developing merchandising strategies
• Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
• Supervision of sample making, price negotiation, price confirmation, order
confirmation.
• Maintaining both Sampling and Production Timelines.
• Keeping a check on the product quality and production control for timely order
execution and delivery.
• Taking overall responsibility for inspections.
• Ensuring timely execution of shipments.
• Analysing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
• Forecasting profits and sales and optimising the sales volume and profitability
of designated product areas.
