As a Fullstack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing web applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers.
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in fullstack development.
Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
Experience with MongoDB and Express.js.
Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
