Director of Marketing Strategy, this role specializes in developing and executing the testing of the marketing plans, initiatives, promotions, and communications related to the marketing Better food pillar for Subway
An essential part of this role is to lead the cross functional teams to execute the testing for national calendar windows, planning and buy-in of the strategy and insights for each innovation window
The role also assists by defining competitive market needs and opportunities and provides ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of existing products
Collaborates with the Director, then directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing
Partner closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure our creative ideas and campaigns make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned and paid channels, and are deployed via innovative, targeted media and technology
Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share
Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans
Works with Insights and Culinary & Innovation on market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs
Works with Culinary & Innovation on new product definition and business plans with joint departments

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing & Culinary team as a Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy & Menu Innovation based in Miami, FL. The Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy & Menu Innovation touches on all functions of the marketing strategy team. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy, this role specializes in developing and executing the testing of the marketing plans, initiatives, promotions, and communications related to the marketing Better food pillar for Subway.
