B.Sc
or higher in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of proven experience in software engineering building distributed systems or large-scale ML solutions
2+ years of experience as an engineering manager
Familiarity with cloud development on Azure/AWS
Experience using Relational (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL datastores (Redis, ElasticSearch, Snowflake) along with data access patterns and strategies
Familiarity with modern development tools and environments (e.g., Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, automation frameworks and tools)
A strong understanding and extensive experience with scrum terminology and processes
An ability to coordinate and approve technical requirements documents, code reviews, service deployments and project plans
Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner

The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,700 -- $28+,+00 annually
