Position: MIS Executive

Position Summary:
We at JAIPUR LIVING (JAIPUR RUGS) is looking for a dynamic MIS Executive with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team at the Head Office in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role will involve overseeing and managing our e-commerce platforms and driving online sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
Data Collection & Management:
Collect data from various internal and external sources.
Ensure data is accurately entered into the system and is up-to-date.
Manage databases and support the data needs of various functional departments.
Report Generation & Analysis:
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
Analyze data trends, KPIs, and other metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
Support functional teams with reports that enhance their operational performance (e.g., sales, inventory, production).
Database & System Management:
Ensure that all management information systems (MIS) are operational and efficient.
Assist in troubleshooting issues with systems or databases and escalate when needed.
Help in maintaining and updating the company's ERP system or other software used by the team.
Help team members with troubleshooting basic MIS-related issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data management, reporting, or MIS functions, preferably within the relevant industry.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
o Experience working with ERP systems, databases, or business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
o Understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and SQL is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Communication Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to explain complex data findings in a clear, concise manner.
Attention to Detail:
o High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
