Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with expertise in advanced Excel and basic accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, analyzing trends, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting:
Create, update, and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets using advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Generate MIS reports to monitor business performance and operational efficiency.
Analysis and Insights:
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Assist in forecasting and budgeting based on data analysis.
Accounting Support:
Perform basic accounting tasks
System Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes.
Support the implementation of new tools or systems to enhance data management efficiency.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver timely outputs.
Ensure the accuracy and security of sensitive information.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an MIS or similar role.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros, VBA, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
