Position: Sr. MIS Executive

Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing a team of MIS professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's MIS operations.
• Developing and maintaining the company's information systems and databases.
• Analyzing and interpreting data to produce reports and insights that support decision-making.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all data and reports generated by the team.
• All department attendance Confirmations (Weekly basis)
• All Assets Audit
• Identifying and resolving any technical or operational issues related to the company's information systems.
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their information needs and provide solutions accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with all data protection and security policies and regulations.
• Client Coordination for Invoices/Contract agreements
• Managing and allocating resources to ensure efficient and effective use of the team's time and budget.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or a related field.
• Relevant experience in MIS or related fields such as database management, data analysis, or software development.
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of professionals.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data protection and security policies and regulations.
• Familiarity with software and tools used for data analysis and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Overall, an MIS team leader is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and security of a company's information systems and data. They should possess the necessary technical and managerial skills to lead a team and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
