Sr| MIS Executive

Job Location: Jaipur ROLE/JOB DESCRIPTION Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports from various sources, dashboards, and other tools in an accurate and timely manner to support management decisions. Should be well versed with Excel formulas in Microsoft Excel such as (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, If Function, Data Validation, Sumif, Countif, etc). Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly MIS, Reports • Prepare draft MIS for management in their provided format • Compile data and prepare custom reports • Work on advance excel to prepare reports • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights • Develop and maintain data models and databases • Create reports and dashboards to help business decisions • Maintaining Daily Tracker Report. • Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system and strong in MS-OFFICE. • Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner • Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically • Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. SKILLS REQUIRED • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and well versed with formula based excel, advanced excel ,Vlook up, Hlookup, • Pivot, Data sorting, Data validation etc. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI will be preferred • Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCED REQUIRED • 3+ years of experience in MIS /Data Management • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration • Candidate must be best in advanced Excel and word. • Good in verbal and written communication. • Candidate must have logical thinking.
