Job Overview:
The Quotation Executive will be responsible for managing the preparation and issuance of quotations to clients, ensuring that all pricing, terms, and product information are accurate and aligned with company policies. The role demands coordination between the sales, procurement, and finance teams to generate quotations that meet client requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Quotation Preparation: Prepare and issue quotations for products and services based on customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Pricing Management: Coordinate with the procurement and finance departments to ensure that pricing is aligned with cost structures and profit margins.
Quotation Documentation: Maintain a database of all quotations issued, ensuring that records are kept updated for future reference.
Negotiation Support: Assist the sales team in negotiations by providing accurate quotation details and adjustments, as needed.
Product & Service Knowledge: Ensure thorough knowledge of company products/services to accurately reflect specifications, terms, and conditions in quotations.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in the quotation process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure the timely preparation of accurate quotations.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in quotation management, sales support, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of product costing and pricing.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in preparing quotations and documentation.
Organization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple quotations simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve any challenges that may arise during the quotation process.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of initiative and proactive attitude.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with different departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
