Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience;
Experience in design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture;
Strong background in object-oriented development techniques;
Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server);
Experience with SQL tuning;
Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops);
Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;
Experience as an expert/lead technical role;
Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;
An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;
Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues;
Experience with assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements;
Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities;
Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment;
Experience with .Net 4.5 and higher;
Experience with Visual Studio 2015 or higher;
Experience with on-premise, Azure DevOps, and DevOps
