Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.
Required Skills
=============================
Professional experience in backend development with a focus on Node.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL (preferred).
Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services.
Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Good to Have

Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
Familiarity with Serverless (AWS Lambda, etc.).
Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) for full-stack contributions.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
