In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose
Manage NEFT, UPI and IMPS transactions
Key Accountabilities
• Ability to work in Night Shift and flexible hours
• Knowledge of RTGS & NEFT transactions
• Ability to learn new products

• Accuracy in transaction processing
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Processing & managing NEFT, RTGS and NACH trx
• Should have the ability to handle queries for NEFT, RTGS and NACH processing.
• Should have sound knowledge of handling NEFT, RTGS, NACH and RBI regulations for the same.
• Improve operational Controls and ensure Compliance to all regulations.
• Analyzing & Improvising various transactional reports & Customer Advices.
• To peform reconcilation for the process.
• Assist in reviewing/developing Department Operating Instructions and ensure adherence of Policy and Procedures.
• Query Handling for External & Internal stakeholders for NEFT and RTGS trx
• Management Reporting.
• To have knowledge of regulatory reporting.
• Effective Relationships with Direct Reports, Senior Management, Internal & External Customers.
• Constantly monitor the productivity of the team, create effective back up & ensure transparent conduct of the employee assessment process.
