Job Title: Sr On-Site Service Specialist - Hospitality
Work Location: (Seattle, WA)
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-7pm varied schedule
Education/Experience Required: Requires high school diploma or GED. 1-2 years of related hospitality and office experience
Job Description & Responsibilities :
• Looking for Banquet servers in hotels, catering experience, or people that just love customer service.
• These individuals will be working on our customers conference center as hospitality specialists.
• They setup and break down conference rooms for meeting and events.
• Like working on a banquets team in a hotel.
• They will be on their feet most of the day walking, pushing carts, moving tables etc.
• It would be rare to lift over 50 lbs but yes a team member would be available if that were to happen.
• No driving is required.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of related hospitality and office experience is preferred.
• May require a valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client policy.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.
• Ability to meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Ability to work as a team or individually.
