What You'll Do
The Sr. Operations Analyst - Strategic Accounts manages onboarding for multi-location clients on the DAVO sales tax platform, ensuring smooth tax collections and filings. This hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days in the office, involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Key tasks include sales calls, onboarding, troubleshooting, and managing ACH collections. Essential qualities are customer focus, optimism, and efficiency.
• You will act as the main contact for new multi-unit clients, managing their onboarding to the DAVO sales tax platform.
• You will ensure successful initial ACH collections and filings by collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
• You will handle onboarding and churn management to keep customers engaged with the DAVO system.
• You will work with the Onboarding Manager to address problems and improve the onboarding process.
• You will participate in team meetings to develop and apply operational policies and best practices.
• You will maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow IT security policies.
• Passion for customer excellence is key, as we aim to provide exceptional service and support throughout the client onboarding experience.
What You'll Need to be Successful
• Bachelor's degree related to the role and knowledge of small business operations.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of retail POS devices, sales tax regulations, and filing requirements for small retailers.
• Proficiency in web-based applications, office software, and spreadsheets; CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to take direction, improve processes, and handle customer interactions with empathy.
• Capability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage customer data confidentially.
• Excellent communication skills.
