Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Forge and sustain strong relationships with members, promoting trust
and collaboration
-Collaborate with members to define and attain SMART goals, offering
coaching and support throughout the journey
- Recognize and address any challenges or issues in the member
relationship, partnering with other departments when necessary
- Track member progress and satisfaction, utilizing data and metrics to
uncover opportunities for improvement and growth
- Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with the Engage Lead to
discuss progress, establish goals, and receive support and guidance
Work together with fellow EMs, exchanging best practices and striving
to achieve team and organizational objectives
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to boost efficiency and
productivity within the Engage department
- Keep current with coaching techniques, industry trends, and member
needs to deliver the highest quality support
- Continuously pursue opportunities for professional development and
growth, staying up-to-date with relevant skills and knowledge

- A successful Engagement Manager effectively supports their members in

improvement and growth. They maintain strong relationships with their
members and collaborate effectively with their colleagues and Engage Lead.
