Position Overview:
As a Backend PHP Laravel Developer, you will play a vital role in building robust and scalable web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain the backend components of our projects, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and performant.
Responsibilities:
Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side components of web applications using PHP Laravel.
API Development: Create RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components for seamless user experiences.
Database Management: Manage and optimize database systems, ensuring data integrity and performance. Familiarity with MySQL is a plus.
Scalability: Collaborate with the team to design scalable architecture that can handle increased user loads.
Security: Implement and follow security best practices to protect data and user information.
Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve issues reported by clients or discovered during testing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in PHP Laravel development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Solid understanding of database systems, SQL, and database design principles.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
