Job Description
1. Laravel Framework: A deep understanding of the Laravel framework and its ecosystem. Familiarity with Laravel's core features, such as routing, migrations, Eloquent ORM, authentication, and caching. Proficiency in Laravel's conventions and best practices.
2. PHP: Strong knowledge of PHP, including object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and familiarity with PHP frameworks. Understanding of PHP's syntax, data types, control structures, and error handling. Experience with PHP 7 and 8 is desirable.
3. Database Management: Proficiency in working with databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, indexing, and normalization. Familiarity with database migration tools provided by Laravel.
4. Front-end Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React can be valuable, as Laravel integrates well with these frameworks. Knowledge of front-end build tools, such as webpack or Laravel Mix, is beneficial.
6. RESTful APIs: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs using Laravel. Understanding of API design principles, versioning, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT or OAuth).
7. Testing: Proficiency in writing unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests using Laravel's testing utilities (e.g., PHPUnit). Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) principles and knowledge of testing frameworks like Laravel Dusk or Behat.
8. Security: Knowledge of web application security best practices, such as input validation, protection against SQL injection and cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks, secure session management, and secure data handling.

11. Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams. Clear communication and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), project management tools (e.g., Jira or Trello), and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
