Roles and Responsibilities
● Minimum 3 years of Web Development Experience using PHP – CodeIgniter, Laravel,
Magento 2.4 & Wordpress.
● Person must be able to develop, test, deploy, support and maintain PHP
scripts/applications and web portals.
● Experience in Magento 2.4.
● In-depth knowledge of Magento 2x code structure, extension architecture, theming
hierarchy, and fallback components and must have worked for at least 2 end-to-end
e-commerce projects.
● Experience in module development and theme/extension customization.
● Analyse Technical requirements for the project requirements and do the necessary
R&D.
● Expertise in REST API creation/integration along with Payment Gateways, Shipping
Gateways, SMS, Emails with encryption/token method, Development and
Integration for Mobile Apps and CRM/ERP application.
● Must be familiar with CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript.
● Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and
activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and
production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
● Ensure quality of code and applications, adherence to best practices and coding
standards, compliance with DB internal policies.
● Must be familiar with deployments of websites on Server/ Cloud Infrastructure, CDN,
Redis, AWS services.
● Analyse requirements, provide robust time and effort estimation. Proficient in PHP,
MySQL OPS, XML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
● Write quality source code to be delivered on time, which meets defined project
standards and deadlines.
● Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application, Stay
current on coding standards and techniques, architectural principles and best
practice.
● Should have experience of Version and Bug Control systems like GitHub, GitLab, JIRA,
BitBucket etc.
● Good understanding of Web Analytics and SEO techniques.
● Very good communication skills and ready to be an individual contributor.

than 3 years in PHP to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a technical team that is
responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial
specification, through to developing, testing and launching. Candidates should have
effective communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills, ability to solve
complex problems independently.
● Strong knowledge of PHP web MVC Frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter (CI).
● Experience in development of PHP based web applications, Web Services (JSON),
MySQL.
● Must have experience of development of Ecommerce application along with
integration of Payment gateways, shipping gateways.
● Ability to understand project specification/requirements, designing, coding, unit
testing, implementation and debugging.
● Should be able to handle/support team members & multiple projects simultaneously.
● Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Should be an agile and quick problem solver.
