Job Description
We are seeking skilled Workato Developer to directly work with our cross-functional Enterprise Applications teams to analyze, design, develop & maintain robust integration solutions using Workato. Role would be to lead business discussions to define business requirements and translate them to scalable automated Workato workflows.
What You will Do
• Collaborate with cross-functional business & IT teams to gather and analyze integration requirements to design, develop, and maintain Workato recipes and integrations to streamline business processes.
• Be a Workato Subject Matter Expert who can discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help organization with business automation needs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and use-case analysis to identify technical requirements and assess technical validations.
• Manage API integrations & design custom Workato connectors using Workato SDK framework.
• Document data flows, integration workflows, technical design & testing plan for integrations.
• Manage and maintain existing system integrations while leading the development of new Workato integrations.
• Ensure seamless integration & data transfers between ERP, CRM & other applications.
• Provide day-to-day system support, including resolution of all system-related issues.
• Stay updated with latest features, updates, and best practices of the Workato platform.
Required Skills, Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or any equivalent field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration development in variety of integration technologies like TIBCO, MuleSoft or Dell Boomi, etc.
• 4+ years of rich experience as a Workato Developer role with proficiency in building complex recipes, workflows & automations in Workato.
• Excellent understanding of APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, RESTful Web Services, XML, JSON & databases.
• Hands-on development experience with Workato SDK, connectors and API integrations.
• Prior work experience of integration development for various cloud applications like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, etc.
• Knowledge and experience with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Workato certifications are a plus.
